Integration in the data-processing environment
The implementation of REACh is a process which is all the more complicated in that it impacts on extremely varied management structures: holding companies, subsidiaries, multiple non-communicating ERPs, software packages and databases, and the compartmentalisation of the departments involved. Yet the regulations impose reporting on the corporate level.
The GRC suite implements an aggregation of all the required data from all the information systems installed within the company to respond the regulatory requirements of REACh. GRC can connect to all your databases (SAP, Oracle, People Soft, Adage...) and, through configuration can harmonise and encode all the related aggregations. This consolidation can be implemented on tables consolidated within your existing databases or within the centralised environmental database that you may wish to create. Furthermore, once the data aggregations have been completed, the REACh processing having been completed, the GRC suite from RimaOne enables automatic return of specific information to the subsidiaries or departments concerned.
