RimaOne delivers to one of the five largest world bank the strategic, global issue tracking system for Operational Risk Management and other departments as an extension of the standard GRC Suite platform. The tool allows these departments to track issues which can either be self identified or from other sources. The workflow tool will is used to implement the different workflows of different departments for Action Point tracking purposes. The different parties can design their own workflows separated by own containers. So the different departments can customize their workflows according to their needs without influencing the other parties.
After the initial successful rollout further departments like Compliance and Asset Management have been successfully deployed the technology for additional purposes beyond the initial usages.
