The software skills of RimaOne were born out of the fusion of a French company specialised in the field of regulatory compliance and a German company providing solutions for the management of operational risks.
The convergence of these two skill sets made possible the development of a dynamic software package which is accessible via the Internet and which automates all the organisational procedures of a company and their correct implementation, while providing verification of regulatory compliance.
As a subsidiary of the Dutch group EGT (Enterprise Governance Technologies BV), RimaOne has branch offices in Paris, Frankfurt, London and Bordeaux.
