RimaOne has completed the development of a computerised architecture for tracking preventive and evolving maintenance for its GRC Suite solution. Two modules, evaluation and workflow, enable the user:
- to describe his needs, while attaching to his commentary any images or documents required for the understanding of his requirements,
- to automatically inform all internal and external players,
- to launch automatic tracking of the decisions and the implementation of the solutions provided,
- to initiate a process of question and answer between RimaOne and the client.
Furthermore, the historical classification in a database of all data and events, provides for the conservation of all items required for future consultation of maintenance operations. Additionally the initial maintenance solution associated with the GRC Suite provides RimaOne with the means to provide a computerised response to user needs. The integrated publishing engine in the GRC Suite provides a photo image and the tracking of any evolution initiated by the user.
