Can the system represent our Company’s organizational structures?

Yes. Dimensions serve the purpose to represent the hierarchical structures like locations, divisions, products and so on. All items of the system can be linked to these dimensions.

Can the system capture risk and control self assessment information?

Yes. The product allows for the rapid customization to store all risk and control data whether text, ratings, files etc. You also can choose whether questions are mandatory or optional.

Can the system hold business objectives/goals for departments and projects? Can risks be linked to particular business goals?

Yes. Goals and objectives can be entered into the system and linked to specific risks and controls.

Can the system show the context within which a control exists? i.e. is there any process mapping facility?

Yes, controls can be mapped as part of the implementation to inherit context from their position in the structure.

Can the system be used to track actions necessary to mitigate risks, improve controls or prevent future losses that have occurred?

Yes, the product suite has extensive action tracking capabilities.

Who are your customers?

Our customers are mainly large international corporations, but they also address to us the problem of their subsidiaries that often are mid-corp.

From which business area do they come?

Originally our clients were financial institutions (banks, insurances). Today with our new software, we have managed a significant breakthrough into the industrial sector.

Where are your customers based?

Our customers are based in the 5 continents, with a stronger presence in Europe.

Where are your offices?

We have offices in Germany and France, and sales representatives and integrators in the UK and the US.

What is the minimum/maximal number of users? What is the cost?

We don't have a maximum or minimum number of users. Our clients have from 50 to more than 10.000 users. Being web based the cost does not depend on the number of users but on the number of different application areas of the product within your company.

How long are you present on the market?

We have been present on the market of the Operational Risk Management and the regulatory reporting for more than 15 years.

Do we need a new system to utilise your software?

No, we plug into your existing infrastructure. Our solutions are lightweight, web based and get installed on your servers.

Do you use a database? Do you provide it?

Yes, we can typically use your existing database.

Do you ensure full connectivity with SAP?

Yes, a significant number of our customers are powered by SAP products based on Oracle, therefore enabling easy information transfers requested by our products. An SAP connector is a proprietary option provided on customer’s demand.
