Custom
Academ not only delivers standard reports but we can also develop fully customized reports that match your institution’s unique needs and requirements.
As an example, we have developed a custom Appraisal Report for several clients, tailored to each institution’s own qualification rules. The report automatically calculates and assigns points to faculty members based on these predefined criteria, while allowing institutions to define weighting rules across different categories (e.g., teaching, research, service) and set maximum point thresholds.
This provides a framework to support faculty evaluation processes, career progression, and promotion decisions.
