All entries are pre-imported for your institution, giving you a ready-to-use library so you can connect publications to the appropriate media.
We provide all pre-imported journal rankings, such as ABDC and ABS, so that you can see the ranking of each publication directly.
The DOI import feature allows you to add publications to Academ using their DOI, the unique identifier assigned via CrossRef.
Since January 2026, you can also import multiple publications at once by providing a list of DOIs and automatically retrieving all publication information in line with accreditation standards and formatted according to APA 7th edition.
The Contributions Analysis menu lets you filter and search across your publications.
For example, you can quickly see how many journal articles have a specific ranking, such as ABS, and even filter by ranking level (e.g., 2, 3, or 4).
You can also update the publication status directly from the list and export the filtered data for further use.
