Academ centralizes and synchronizes your teaching and research data to generate reports: faculty CVs, accreditation documents, syllabi, mapping of learning objectives and competencies, assessment of outcomes through sampling… even fully customized reports.
The goal is to help you showcase your institution’s achievements, the quality of learning pathways, and your faculty’s research.
A customizable home page with your institution’s key figures and a main menu lets you collect, verify, and leverage your data. In the top right, you’ll find quick access to the Help Center, your notifications, and your profile.
A “Faculty” menu centralizes general information about Faculty members, research publications, and professional and teaching experience.
A “Teaching” menu provides access to your programs, courses, metrics, and schedules.
A “Research” menu includes publications (articles, conference papers, books, etc.), media, and rankings.
Two menus allow you to work with data tables for bulk import/export, managing referential data, and analytics to build your custom views.
A “Reports” menu allows you to make use of your data by filtering it to generate tables for accreditations or teachers’ CVs.
A menu dedicated to data integration to simplify data maintenance. Workflows, APIs, and connectors ensure the interoperability of your solution and the synchronization of your information systems.
An Administration menu to configure your solution to your specifications, such as selecting which fields are visible or editable per user profile on each screen.
In addition to Faculty Management, Academ offers complementary modules:

- Workload Tracking allows you to monitor time dedication by faculty member
